YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- You shape the digital transformation of Herrenknecht AG, the global technology leader in tunnel construction, for the Sales & Marketing areas and ensure the success of our ambitious goals
- You are part of the Corporate IT in a great architecture team responsible for developing a solution architecture aligned with business requirements and corporate strategy in the Sales & Marketing areas - with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM). You are thus a key person for the company's further development
- You face the challenge of a rapidly and heterogeneously growing IT landscape and seek ways to optimize existing IT structures
- You analyze, develop, and optimize our Sales & Marketing IT landscape, drawing on your comprehensive understanding of relevant processes, infrastructures, applications, data, and more
- As a Solution Architect at Herrenknecht, you are technically proficient, closely following current technology trends, and advising our projects, business, and IT departments on architecture options and the application of new technological developments in your domain
- Based on company requirements, you identify and evaluate demands, design and implement innovative solution and system architectures, and integrate them into the existing IT landscape
- You identify weaknesses in the existing IT landscape and in planned transformation projects and recommend measures for improvement
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- A solid understanding of mechanical and plant engineering and the processes in the Marketing & Sales area - including their technical representation and implementation in application landscapes - distinguishes you
- You have experience in initiating and setting up transformation projects in the IT sector as well as in project implementation with various business units and consulting firms
- You have several years of professional experience in the IT or Sales & Marketing field, especially in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or a comparable CRM system, as well as the associated methods and frameworks, or in IT consulting in complex and heterogeneous environments
- You feel confident in dealing with stakeholders from top management
- You are well acquainted with the current state of technology in the IT and digitalization field and possess strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English
