YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex domestic and international contracts, particularly in the context of large-scale infrastructure and plant projects
- Advising project teams and senior executives on contractual risk allocation and commercial-legal matters
- Handling claims and supporting out-of-court and court-based dispute resolution
Managing and coordinating litigation and arbitration proceedings in collaboration with external law firms - Providing strategic and operational legal counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management
- Supporting cross-functional teams on corporate law, commercial, and compliance-related topics
- Contributing to the further development of legal processes and governance structures within the company
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed law degree; preferably two state exams (First and Second State Examination) and bar admission
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international industrial, plant engineering, or infrastructure environment
- Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
- Experience in claims management as well as court and arbitration proceedings
- Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management
- Business-fluent proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
