Sales and Purchasing Coordinator Spare Parts (m/f/d) Field Service | Business Unit Traffic Tunnelling

As a Sales and Purchasing Coordinator Spare Parts (m/f/d), you will play a vital role in supporting our Field Service operations by managing spare parts sales and procurement, logistic, invoicing and material master data. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize intercompany (IC) and third-party orders, including intercompany and third-party billing and invoicing.
  •  Maintain and update material master data.
  •  Assist for the logistic of oversea spare parts deliveries.
  • Work with our worldwide entities to ensure fastest delivery of spare parts to our clients.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have deep knowledge of SAP system.
  • You have a completed technical degree or training in a relevant field.
  • You have experience in logistics.
  • You work independently and have a structured approach to tasks.
  • You are enthusiastic about technology and innovation.
  • You have good English skills; German language skills are a plus.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • You are available to travel to the USA for trainings and meetings.
